Our diffusers are a great way to throw scent around the home without having to start a fire. Use them with your favorite essential oils, and when you tire of one scent change to another.
Essential oils have been used for nearly 6,000 years with the aim of improving a person's health or mood. The diffusion of essential oils is called aromatherapy because different essential oils have been shown to confer a variety of benefits.
The National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy (NAHA) says aromatherapy is "the therapeutic application or the medicinal use of aromatic substances (essential oils) for holistic healing." Oils differ in the benefits they confer. For example, these benefits may include the reduction of nausea, body pain, headache, circulatory and menstrual problems, sinus pressure, fatigue, insomnia and more. Some essential oils are said to have antiseptic, disinfectant properties. And one, Sandalwood, is believed to be an aphrodisiac!
Modern, minimal and it looks great!
Directions: Fill your diffuser with hot water (you can also use tea!) and add a few drops of essential oil. Sit back and relax. Don't use undiluted oil topically. Essential oils should not be taken internally.
